This Tokens Tips, Koine, EuroT Purchase Agreement contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the Smart Tips, Koine, EuroT distribution contract (the « Tips, Koine, EuroT Distribution Agreement»); use of the related Token Tips, Koine, EuroT Vapaae contact (the «Token Tips, Koine, EuroT Contract»); and purchase of compatible Tokens and distributed on Telos Mainet (the «Tokens Tips, Koine, EuroT ») and is an agreement between you or the entity you represent (Buyer) and Koinonos Company.
Buyer and Koinonos Company) are here referred to individually as «Part» and collectively, as the «Partes».
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual representations, warranties and agreements contained in this Agreement, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Company and the Buyer agree to the following:

Koinonos offers its application for free so that users can send their Tips, Koine or EuroT tokens, each token has its function, the Tips tokens are to deliver tips, the Koine so that companies can give discounts and the EuroT tokens are for that users can exchange them for a stable token, also in the future the tokens may have more functions if the company considers it appropriate and should not give explanations or obtain permission from users to give them more attributions.
MATTERS RELATED TO KOINONOS COMPANY
Koinonos offers marketing services and uses Blockchain technology, this will be its main mission, it is possible that when trying to develop the Koinonos company it will find other related or not related objectives and reserves the right to invest time and resources you think necessary.
BINDING AGREEMENT
Buyer understands and agrees that Buyer is bound by this Agreement by virtue of Buyer purchasing Tokens Tips, Koine, EuroT That TOKENS HAVE NO RIGHTS, USES OR ATTRIBUTES. The Tips, Koine, EuroT Tokens have no right, use, purpose, attribute, functionality or feature, express or implied, including, without limitation, any use, purpose, attribute, functionality or feature in the Koinonos company. The Tips, koine, EuroT tokens can be used in our KWallet app, when you buy these tokens you agree that any of our tokens change in price and fluctuate a lot in seconds, you also agree that it may not have any value and you lose all your investment, the purpose of these tokens is to provide a good marketing tool to businesses and users and it is not intended for speculators.
Any investor or buyer of our tokens accepts the total loss of their funds without being able to claim anything from the Koinonos company. The Company does not guarantee or represent in any way the Buyer that the Tips, Koine, EuroT Tokens have any right, use, purpose, attributes, functionality or characteristics.
- THE PURCHASE OF TIPS, KOINE, EUROT TOKENS IS NOT REIMBURSABLE AND PURCHASES CAN NOT BE CANCELED.
- THE BUYER MAY LOSE ALL AMOUNTS PAID.
- TIPS, KOINE, EUROT TOKENS MAY NOT HAVE VALUE.
- THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR CANCEL TOKEN TIPS, KOINE, EUROT PURCHASE APPLICATIONS AT ANY TIME AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
ARTICLE ONE: ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND PURCHASE OF TIPS, KOINE, EUROT TOKENS
1.1. Effective Agreement
This Agreement shall be effective and binding on the Parties when the Buyer: (a) clicks the checkbox at https://koinonos.io (the «Website») or on its Kwallet to indicate that the Buyer has read, understood and accepted the terms of this agreement; or, if earlier (b) upon receipt of payment from the Buyer's Company. The Buyer agrees to be bound on this basis and confirms that the Buyer has read in its entirety and understands this Agreement and the terms to which the Buyer is bound.
1.2. Conditions of use of the website
The Company has established Terms of Use, which may be modified from time to time, for the website located in the Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference. The buyer has read, understands and accepts these terms.
1.3. White Paper

1.4. Tokens Tips, Koine, EuroT
a. Without purpose. As mentioned above, the Tokens Tips, Koine, EuroT do not have any right, use, purpose, attributes, functionality or characteristics, express or implied. Although the Tokens Tips, Koine, EuroT tokens can be interchangeable, they are not an investment, currency, security, merchandise, exchange of currency, securities or raw materials or any other type of financial instrument.
b. Use of the company's income. The Buyer acknowledges and understands that the Company will use the proceeds from the sale of the Tokens Tips, Koine, EuroT Tokens at its sole discretion. The Tips, Koine, EuroT token can be used for any function that the company deems appropriate without having to ask the users for permission to give it any use or function that it deems appropriate.
SECOND ARTICLE: Tips, Koine, EuroT TOKEN DISTRIBUTION
2.1. Assignment and distribution
Tips, Koine, EuroT (Koinonos) intends to assign and distribute Tips, Koine, EuroT Tokens (the «Token Distribution Tips, Koine, EuroT») in accordance with the specifications of the material and the price of the distribution of Tips, Koine, EuroT Tokens and the number of Tips, Koine, EuroT Tokens to be distributed during the Tips, Koine, EuroT Distribution Period.

2.2. No American or Chinese buyers
Tips, Koine and EuroT are not offered to Americans or Chinese. US and Chinese people are strictly prohibited and restricted from the use of Tips, Koine, EuroT Distribution Agreement, the use of Contact Tips, Koine, EuroT Tokens and/or the purchase of Tips, Koine, EuroT Tokens and the company does not solicit purchases from US or Chinese persons in any way.
2.5. Not an Offer of Securities
The sale of the Tips, Koine, EuroT Token in themselves are not securities, commodities, swaps in securities or commodities or a financial instrument of any kind. The purchases and sales of Tips, Koine, EuroT TOKENS are not subject to the protections of the laws that govern these types of financial instruments.
2.6. Not an investment

2.7. Not for speculation

The buyer acknowledges that he buys The Token Tips, Koine, EuroT only and exclusively to be used with the Koinonos Kwallet app.
